Digital Product — No Refunds After Download

Locked In is a digital product (PDF file) delivered immediately upon payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and consent to immediate delivery, waiving any right of withdrawal once the file has been downloaded.

Exceptions — When We Do Refund

A full refund will be issued in the following cases only:

— You were charged but never received a download link
— You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment)
— The file is corrupted or cannot be opened

In any of these cases, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Include your email address used at checkout and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 1–3 business days.

Not Eligible for Refund

— Change of mind after download
— "I didn't read it"
— "It wasn't what I expected" — the product is fully described on the sales page before purchase
— Requests submitted after the file has been accessed
